How to build a ‘Google for Jobs’ for teens: Amazon’s job market

Posted April 06, 2018 07:11:52With Amazon.com Inc. (AMZN) facing a sharp decline in its online retail business, it is trying to turn the page.

The tech giant announced a series of new hires last week in a bid to boost its online presence in schools and high schools.

Amazon has also announced a major expansion in its recruiting efforts in the U.S. and the Middle East.

As part of its effort to attract talent, Amazon has created an app called Google for Jobs that lets parents and students log into the service to submit job applications.

The app allows parents and school staff to track the progress of each job candidate, as well as help to select applicants for future jobs.

It will be launched later this month, with an initial rollout expected to begin next year.

Amazon also plans to create a special recruiting portal to help students get jobs in the digital age.

For parents, the app is designed to help their children find out more about the job market, and how to apply for jobs.

“It is an important tool to have that helps parents understand what the opportunities are for their kids in a different era and time,” a spokesperson for the service said.

Amazon says it has added about 30,000 new jobs over the past year.
