The US social networking site is expanding its employee search capability, with a new job posting for an administrator assistant position.
Facebook says it will start recruiting more than 20,000 administrators, but this will not be a full-time job.
The new administrator assistant role will be part of a new recruiting tool called Administrative Assistant Job Market, which will be available through the company’s new “administrative assistant” tab.
Facebook said it will offer a “fair salary” for an Administrative Assistant, which is a “middle-of-the-road” salary for the position.
Facebook also announced a new “career search” tool that will allow users to apply to jobs in the company from anywhere in the world, and it will also provide information on other job opportunities.
It’s worth noting that the new administrator job listing is the same as what Facebook announced in June last year, when it said it was expanding its staff of more than 1 million people to help it create a “more engaging experience for people across all ages”.
Facebook also says it’s expanding the company-wide recruitment program.
“Over the coming months, we will expand our search for administrative assistants, including new opportunities for people in different geographic regions to join our team,” the company said in a blog post.
“The job posting will also be expanded to allow employees to apply directly to Facebook for a position as an administrator.
The site will also offer new search tools to help users find the right person for their job, such as Career Search and Facebook Job Search.”
Facebook is hiring from outside the US, and its recruitment program is now being rolled out across the world.
The company said it had reached a deal with Google to use the search engine’s search capabilities to help find and recruit new employees.
